Cotton printers

Digital technology makes it as easy to print on cotton textiles as desktop printers do on paper. Thanks to modern technology and reduced costs, digital printing allows us to benefit from indisputable advantages over traditional technologies and is gradually replacing them to a large extent. We divide our cotton technology portfolio into three basic categories:

  • Direct printing on a roll of material
It is used for the production of brocade or custom textile production. The printer prints on the material unwound directly from the roll mounted on the unwinder. The printed material is again wound onto the roll.
  • DTG - direct to garment printing
The machine is fitted with a finished piece of clothing - a typical product is an advertising T-shirt or a T-shirt with its own motif. The advantage is the simplest workflow, which allows production literally "on the fly". DTG printers partly also allow you to produce using DTF technology.
  • DTF - transfer printing on textiles
Printing on transfer film from which the image is subsequently transferred to the finished textile. The advantage is a huge production capacity at very low costs. The printers in our range print on a roll of film which passes through an automatic powdering machine. The output is a wound roll of transfer film, which is then ironed onto virtually any material in a "hand" press.
