The SC-F3000 allows quick and easy insertion of T-shirts. The printer uses its sensors to automatically detect the surface height of the garment and adjusts accordingly, reducing operator error and waste. Automatic plate gap adjustment allows the SC-F3000 to accommodate garment thicknesses up to 29.5mm, and the addition of a second print head helps achieve high print speeds. We've also introduced a high-capacity ink system (1.5-litre ink tanks) that makes reloading a simple and quick task. This DTG printer includes Epson's Production Monitor software, which provides constant printer status information on smart devices and computers to further improve your printer's uptime.

The sophisticated, easy-to-use 4.3-inch touchscreen makes it easy to check important information such as remaining ink levels, time remaining until the next scheduled cleaning and automatic plate gap adjustment. It includes all print settings on one screen, so you can check the current settings even while printing. Epson's new Garment Creator software offers many built-in settings to suit your printing needs, for both light and dark garments, to give you complete control over output quality. It also includes a warning buzzer to ensure that even in noisy production environments, you'll be alerted to any errors.High print quality
All the features of the SC-F3000 have been designed to improve the quality of the final product. The nozzle control technology (NVT) in the printer automatically checks that the nozzles are working accurately. If there is any problem, Epson's Micro Piezo technology intuitively compensates and ensures that high-quality printing is maintained. In addition, new ink drop placement technology enables precise dot alignment at high print speeds. White ink density is also maintained, helping to produce brighter colours on darker garments.
