Monti Antonio mod. 852

Universal professional calender designed for fixing and transfer of sublimation printing. Guarantees reduction of production costs while increasing production speed. Depending on the configuration, it can be operated by one or two operators. The heated roller is filled with oil, which ensures an absolutely uniform temperature on its surface and higher energy efficiency. The temperature variation is declared by the manufacturer with a maximum deviation of plus or minus 1°C. It is a calander with a table, which allows for multiple combinations and its possibilities are limited practically only by the production width of the device.

This high production machine is ideal for textile applications such as sportswear, flags and other products where its capabilities can be exploited. This is the base model of the 85X series.

  • At the same size, virtually double the weight means solid materials. By design, torsional rigidity makes Monti Antonio machines virtually unbreakable.
  • Pneumatic media pressure adjustment, pneumatic disc brakes (not mechanical threaded rod adjustment) can adjust and control media pressure incomparably accurately during printing. Precise control of the braking force on each incoming material (paper, cloth, protective paper)
  • Continuous control and pneumatic centering of the felt not found in competing machines. This feature eliminates any problems with felt "running off" sideways
  • Patented oil heating roller with vacuum system with no oil change required. The surface is really only heated by the oil, achieving a constant heating of the entire surface. The print is perfect without colour defects caused by uneven temperature.
