J-Teck alternative inks

jteck.jpgJ-teck3 is a company that was founded in 2003. It was founded by a team of people with many years of experience in the production of inks for textiles, within the screen printing industry. The company is constantly working on improving existing products as well as developing new ones. J-Teck's production is mainly oriented towards environmentally friendly products.

The range of this Italian company consists exclusively of high quality products. It offers absolutely ideal solutions for textile applications. Currently the most widely used product for polyester printing is the J-Eco Subly Nano product line, usable in virtually all digital machines that use piezo heads. An interesting feature is the possibility of using fluorescent inks to achieve very strong vibrant shades. This type of ink is several times more reliable than most competing products in terms of printhead durability. Customers also generally appreciate the almost complete absence of clean-ups. In fact, it is very convenient to start the machine, print - just to check -test and start production. This feature reduces production costs due to the absence of frequent nozzle cleanings.

Based on many years of experience not only with the largest Czech and Slovak customers, we can say that these are some of the most reliable alternative paints on the market. The manufacturer offers a refilling system into which the litre bottles of paint are just skewered and the bottle is upside down - it can be completely emptied and the customer does not throw away "even a drop" of paint with an empty package.

Epson UltraChrome DS

hdkjcmyk orez.pngEpson UltraChrome DS is an original four-colour inkset specially developed for the SureColor SC-F series of printers. The ink formulation offers vibrant colors, sharp contours and smooth transitions. They are supplied in 1-litre packs. EPSON is one of the few printer manufacturers to have optimised its printheads directly for this type of dye-sublimation ink, so there is no risk of compatibility issues. The printing for which these sublimation inks have been used meets Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification in the adult, children and children up to 36 months classes.

In addition to the basic inkset, EPSON offers a special additional black ink that can be used instead of the standard black, called HDK (High Density Black). This ink has a higher pigment content and can therefore be used to achieve a darker black colour. The primary purpose is sublimation printing of polyester textiles. The advantage in use is the intense shades of black and neutral colour gradients.
